Cancellation and refund policy
Pema reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of above- mentioned advance/final payments as per schedule. Pema Wellness also reserves the right to cancel the booking in case the guest furnishes wrong medical information or found unsuitable for the treatment for clinical or other reasons.
However, the below-mentioned cancellation policy will be applicable in general:

21 days or more prior to the date of arrival – No penalty charge.

Between 15-21 days prior to arrival – 50% of the booked retreat price will be charged as a penalty. The balance will be issued as hotel credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Within 15 days of arrival – 100% of the advance deposit will be charged as a penalty.
Early Departure:

In case of early departure, with respect to the initially contracted stay, 100% of the booked value will be charged, with no refund permitted.
Refunds:

Any applicable refunds will be credited as hotel credit.

Within 21 days of arrival, you are free to change the date or claim a credit note, which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Special Circumstances
In the event of resort non-operation due to Natural Calamities, Global Pandemic, or National or Global Emergencies, we offer:

Refunds processed 3 months after resort re-opens
